For stays of less than one month, a security deposit of €150 is required.
For stays longer than one month, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.
Security deposits will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good condition.
Leaving trash inside the apartment or in common areas may result in a deduction from your security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs.
